Archives of Darkness and Ice is the documentation of eleven weeks spent navigating an unknown landscape through image, text, textile, and installation. A story about adaptation to extreme darkness, coldness, and isolation in a small fishing town surrounded by mountains on the northern coast of Iceland in the middle of winter, this new body of work continues my exploration of space and place and how I find myself in it.
